(1) The fund shall have a board of directors for the operation and supervision of the fund (2) The following members will be in the committee:-
(a) Minister of Finance – Chairman (b) Person appointed by the Government of Nepal – Vice President (c) Member, National Planning Commission – Member (see related field)
(d) Governor, Nepal Rastra Bank – Member (e) Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member (f) Secretary, Ministry of Labor and Transport Management – ​​                        Member (g) Secretary, Ministry of Youth and Sports – Member (h) Chief Economic Adviser, Ministry of Finance – Member (i) Chairman, Insurance Committee – Member (j) President, Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Member (k) President, Nepal Bankers Association – Member (l) President, Nepal Insurance Association – Member (d) Joint Secretary of the Ministry designated by the Ministry of Finance – Member (d) Executive Director – Member-Secretary
